When you access the system for the first time, you may change the user code and password that were assigned to you if you wish.
The first page displays the user code, as well as the contact information of the advisor at your institution who is listed on the BCI Student Exchange Program Web site. We recommend that you check this information and advise BCI of any change by e-mail at email@example.com.
To change your user code, replace it with the new code. It must consist of at least 6 and at most 25 characters (the only characters allowed are unaccented letters, numbers and the hyphen). No distinction is made between upper case and lower case.
Whether or not you change the password, you must enter it again. It must consist of at least 6 and at most 25 characters, including at least one letter and one number (the only characters allowed are unaccented letters, numbers and the hyphen). Whether or not you have made changes, click on the button. An e-mail message will be sent immediately to the advisor displayed on the screen and you will then have access to the administration site.
Be sure to keep your administration site user codes and passwords in a safe place.
Later, if you decide to change your user code and/or password again, you must use the “Change User Code and/or Password” provided under “Other Functions”.
If you have forgotten your user code and/or password, simply click on the “I have forgotten my user code and/or my password” link on the administration system access page and follow the instructions. The user code and/or password will be sent to you again by e-mail.
