When the advisor authorizes an application, the student’s file status becomes “under review” for review by the first choice host institution.
If the host institution refuses the student’s application and the student chose more than one host institution, the student’s file status automatically becomes “under review” for the second choice institution.
When you list files that are being processed or are already processed and you click on a student’s name, the system will display the “Follow-up on Student’s Application” page for the student’s application. The student’s identification and contact information can also be accessed from this page.
