Applications that may be received are applications that are currently being reviewed by another host institution and that may need to be processed by your institution if the students are refused at the other one:
- as the 2nd choice are applications that are currently being reviewed by the student’s first choice host institution and your institution is their second choice
- as the 3rd choice are applications that are currently being reviewed by the students’ second choice host institution and your institution is their third choice.
As soon as the host institution that is currently reviewing the application renders its decision, the application will be removed from your applications that may be received. If it was refused, it will automatically be listed as “under review” at your institution.
When you list the applications that may be received and you click on a student’s name, the system will display the “follow-up” page for the student’s application. The student’s identification and contact information can also be accessed from this page.
