This function allows you to change your user code or password yourself for access to the BCI Student Exchange Program administration site.
When the page is displayed, your current user code is shown, as well as the contact information for the advisor at your institution who is listed on the BCI Student Exchange Program Web site. We recommend that you check this information carefully and advise BCI of any changes by e-mail at echanges-etudiants@bci-qc.ca.
User code
To change your current user code, replace it with the new code. Your new code must contain a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 25 characters (the only characters allowed are unaccented letters, numbers and the hyphen). No distinction is made between upper case and lower case.
Password
To change your password, enter the new one. It must contain a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 25 characters and include at least one letter and one number (the only characters allowed are unaccented letters, numbers and the hyphen). No distinction is made between upper case and lower case.
Click on the button to submit your changes. An e-mail will be sent immediately to the advisor displayed on the screen.
Be sure to keep your administration site user codes and password in a safe place.
If you have forgotten your user code and/or password, simply click on the “I have forgotten my user code and/or my password” link on the administration system access page and follow the instructions. Your user code and password will be sent to you again by e-mail.
