The advisor menu is structured to clearly differentiate the home institution functions (your students) from the host institution functions (students who wish to study at your institution). System functions have been grouped under 3 headings:
1. Management functions
- For the home institution:
- Request access codes
- Process applications in batches (validation, authorization and follow-up) or as individual files
- For the host institution:
- Process applications in batches (follow-up) or as individual files
2. Data entry for the student by the host institution advisor
- Enter information and print the application
3. Other functions
- Change Administration Site User Code and/or Password
- Access the list of Québec advisors
- Access the list of advisors outside Québec
